Their chefs based in Hungary, Japan, Spain and New England, will Skype into The Niagara Food & Wine Expo to coach a guest on stage to make an authentic dish from their region. You’ll be able to meet the chefs, watch the cooking happen, ask questions and, of course, taste the results!

The expo will take place from Friday, April 21 through Sunday, April 23 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre, 6815 Stanley Ave., Niagara Falls, Ontario. (Just a quick drive across the border!)

3 – 4 p.m. Saturday, April 22 Hungarian Cooking with Chef Agnes
7 – 8 p.m. Saturday, April 22 Japanese Cooking with Chef Yoshimi
2– 3 p.m. Sunday, April 23 Spanish Cooking with Chef Ana
